GiveWheel prices on a banded, rather than 'per seat' model. This means that you do not need to notify GiveWheel for incremental headcount changes. However, if headcount changes significantly e.g increases from 60 to over 100 or 400 to over 500 employees, you are required to notify GiveWheel in line with our licence agreement.
