GiveWheel is typically unable to offer refunds as we pass the money to charity beneficiaries on a regular basis. Once the money has been sent we ask donors to contact the charity who will take a decision whether to refund directly. 

If GiveWheel still holds the funds, we may be able to offer a refund on an exceptional basis on a case by case basis.

What we can refund:

• Duplicate donation made by accident (e.g accidentally donated twice in short space of time).
• Accidentally donated wrong amount (and donation has not yet been sent to charity recipients).

What we can't refund:

• Decided I no longer want to make a donation.
• Decided to donate through another means (e.g cash to fundraiser).
