Climb for Phoenix 2026 - Ben Nevis Challenge

On 19 September 2026, a team of 20 staff members, trustees and supporters will climb Ben Nevis to raise vital funds for Phoenix Health and Wellbeing. It's going to be tough at times and most of us have never taken on a challenge like this before, but it'll be worth it and a reminder that our discomfort will be temporary unlike many people who live with pain and crippling fatigue on a daily basis. Every step taken up the mountain will help someone else take their own first steps towards better physical or mental health.
Whether you're sponsoring a participant or simply making a donation to the whole team effort, you'll be helping ensure that nobody misses out on professional support because they can't afford it.
At Phoenix Health and Wellbeing, we believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, professional care.
Every year we provide thousands of counselling, massage and acupuncture appointments for people living with chronic pain, anxiety, depression, stress and other long-term health conditions.
The people we support simply couldn't afford private treatment and as demand and costs continues to grow, so does the need for support.
By sponsoring one of our climbers, you'll be helping more people access life-changing care before they reach crisis point.
Thank you so much for anything you can give!
