Phoenix Health and Wellbeing is a Leeds-based charity dedicated to making high-quality health and wellbeing support accessible to everyone, regardless of their circumstances or ability to pay. We believe that no one should have to face chronic pain, poor mental health or social isolation alone. Through professional counselling, massage therapy, acupuncture and wellbeing services, we help people improve both their physical and emotional health, empowering them to live healthier, happier and more independent lives. As a charity operating a part social enterprise model, the private appointments booked with Phoenix help subsidise heavily subsidised and low-cost treatment for people referred to us who may otherwise be unable to access support. This means every donation, fundraising effort and appointment creates a ripple effect, helping someone else receive the care they need. Each year we deliver thousands of appointments, supporting people living with long-term physical health conditions, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma and the challenges that can make everyday life feel overwhelming. We work closely with healthcare professionals, employers and community partners to provide early intervention that prevents problems from escalating and reduces pressure on NHS services.
