In memory of two or our members Lizzie Rice and Hannah Hughes that we sadly lost to cancer earlier this year we are aiming to raise as much money as possible for the 2 charities close to the families hearts.
What is a WODathon
The WODathon will consist of 24 workouts to be completed one an hour, on the hour for 24 hours. Starting on Saturday morning at 10am and finishing on Sunday morning at 10am, we will start and finish with two HERO WOD’s, one designed specifically for Lizzie (on Saturday at 10am) and one for Hannah (on Sunday at 10am) as these will include some of their favourite exercises. In honor of the girls it seems fitting that the workouts in between should be ‘Girls’ WODs.
This is no mean feat, whether completing this on your own or sharing the workload with a couple of friends. Please dig deep to sponsor those who are setting themselves this challenge for these brilliant causes. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
