24Hr Charity Wodathon

In memory of two of Blitz's members Lizzie Rice and Hannah Hughes that we sadly lost to cancer earlier this year we are aiming to raise as much money as possible for the 2 charities close to the families hearts.
What is a WODathon
The WODathon will consist of 24 workouts to be completed one an hour, on the hour for 24 hours. Starting on Saturday morning at 10am and finishing on Sunday morning at 10am, we will start and finish with two HERO WOD’s, one designed specifically for Lizzie (on Saturday at 10am) and one for Hannah (on Sunday at 10am) as these will include some of their favourite exercises. In honor of the girls it seems fitting that the workouts in between should be ‘Girls’ WODs.
To put In perspective over the course of 24 Hours Individuals or teams will be completing over 200 Pull Ups, 250 Body weight push exercises (Including Handstand Push Ups, Dips and Press Ups), 200+ Body weight Squats, 200+ weighted squats. 80+ Heavy Deadlifts (100kg +). On top of that over 600 reps of other barbell movements at 35kg +, Running, rowing and the list goes on.
In the world of CrossFit we write challenging Workouts to honour and remember those we've lost. This is the hardest challenge I've ever undertaken any support for these causes would be greatly appreciated,
