Kirkby Stephen Mountain Rescue Team is the volunteer search and rescue organisation for a large area of south-east Cumbria. The team attends a wide range of incidents, not just in the hills but also in the community. We also assist other teams if needed. Mountain Rescue is on call 24 hours a day to help you enjoy the outdoors.
