Neuro Heroes is the world’s first live online Neuro Gym, delivering specialist physiotherapist-led exercise to people living with neurological conditions through small, interactive Zoom sessions that bring real-time clinical expertise, personalised feedback and genuine human connection directly into people’s homes.

Founded by specialist neuro physiotherapists Anna and Laura, Neuro Heroes was created to address the growing gap in rehabilitation support as NHS services become stretched and private therapy remains out of reach for many. By combining expert-led exercise with energy, creativity and community, Neuro Heroes helps people rebuild strength, confidence and independence, with measurable impact on their physical ability, wellbeing and quality of life.

To ensure cost is never a barrier, Anna and Laura created the Neuro Heroes Community Exercise Fund, which subsidises or fully funds access to specialist, condition-specific neuro physiotherapy classes for those who would otherwise miss out. Focused on reaching under-served and inactive people facing financial hardship, isolation or limited local support, the Neuro Heroes Community Exercise Fund helps individuals build strength, restore confidence and develop lasting exercise habits.
