About Change Mental Health

Change Mental Health is a national mental health charity delivering non-clinical, person-centred support to people affected by mental illness in communities across the country.

Our vision is a future where no one needs to face mental illness alone. Our mission is to provide transformational support for people, ensuring that everyone has access to the support they need, when they need it, and in a way which works best for them.

Your Impact

10,071 people were supported by Change Mental Health in 2023/24, a 40% increase on the previous year with nearly half (45%) receiving support on a weekly basis.

“My support worker is a Godsend. He is my bridge to the outside world and my crutch to lean on dealing with day-to-day and financial issues. Would be lost without him…enduring patience and support has been particularly valuable to me.”
