At Cedar House, we know life can throw all sorts of things at us.
It could be a sudden crisis, or something that has been around for years, something which affects our lives and will just not go away.
Counselling at Cedar House is an opportunity to talk over difficulties and problems in a relaxed and friendly environment – with someone who is trained to listen and to help you find your way. Our hope is to enable people to feel heard and not judged for any way they may feel. All of our therapists are volunteers offering their time for free to help bring love and understanding to the community.
Based in Preston, Cedar House was formed upon Christian roots. Our ethics embody equality and welcomeness to anyone who needs support.
