The Bournemouth Heart Club was established in 1996 for the rehabilitation of people who have undergone a cardiac intervention or who are at high risk of coronary heart disease. Today we also provide exercise plans and health advice for people with other chronic debilitating diseases such as Type 2 Diabetes.
