MOVES FITNESS Workout For Mental Health

1 in 4 adults in the UK will experience mental health challenges, with only 12% receiving treatment.
The aim of this fundraiser is to bring awareness of some of the amazing charities who can help, advise and provide often lifesaving support for those struggling with their mental health and also for those close to them, trying to support them.
The funds raised will be shared equally between The Mental Health Foundation, Mind, CALM, Samaritans and The Menopause Charity.

The fundraiser will take place at Milton Community Centre
Cambridge
CB24 6BL
10am - 12pm
and include a fabulous 90 minute Moves Fitness workout, refreshments, raffle and special guest speaker. Suitable for all ages and abilities, this event is open to everyone wanting to show support and community spirit and raise vital funds for these amazing charities.

The event is held in loving memory of Melanie Pinnell.
