SP Therapy Services is a team of specialist neurological physiotherapists supporting people with acquired brain injuries across the North West & Yorkshire.

Our virtual Coast to Coast challenge — #SPTSC2C — runs throughout September and brings together patients, families, professionals, and individuals looking to move more and make a difference.

At the Heart of this Challenge lies our vision: Inclusivity & Movement for All.
Our vision for #SPTSC2C is to inspire movement and make fundraising more accessible. This isn’t about speed or distance — it’s about participation. Whether stretching, walking, wheeling, making a cuppa, or joining a group session, everyone can take part in their own way.

We’re aiming to raise a minimum of £1,000 for four brilliant local Headway charities: Huddersfield, Rotherham, Stockport & Salford — all providing life-changing support to individuals affected by traumatic brain injury.

Every £50 raised helps one Headway participant enjoy an outing in the community — offering vital social connection, stimulation, and joy.
