We are going to cycle from Campbeltown to Oban along the Sustrans cycle route 78, avoiding all the main roads. A mere 122 miles. We set ourselves this challenge to raise monies for the Oban Hospice services. We worked, combined, for over 80 years in health and social work, and know from experience the valuable role voluntary organisations play in enhancing people’s quality of life. Oban Hospice has, since its inception, concentrated on providing that extra valuable time and support to people with Cancer, MS, MND, and Parkinson’s disease. We have seen first-hand what a positive contribution hospice services like the Dove Centre and Dove Outreach have made to people’s well-being.
We want to make sure that The Dove Services continue to provide that extra care and time to the people in the Oban, Lorn and Islands area. Your donation will go directly to this very worthwhile cause. Please support us.
