As most of you know, I love running and every now and then like to set myself a crazy challenge.
This year is my biggest yet! On Saturday 5th July I will be running from Ham Hill to Lyme Regis, 50k or 30 miles, classes as an ultra marathon. To help my motivation and as inspiration I will be raising money for two charities close to my heart and for poignant reasons - Fiveways School and Cancer Research UK.
In preparation I have completed the 20 mile Grizzly race in March and Steaming to the coast 11 mile race at Minehead in April and I am also gradually upping my mileage as the date approaches.
