Tough Mudder South West 2023 - Sam C

At the end of last year I was on a dog walk with Rupert and randomly decided that Tough Mudder South West 2023 would be a fantastic idea. Keeping the mantra of 'go hard or go home' in mind, I've committed to the 15km 30 obstacle version for maximum effort, and have been gymming it up for the last several months in preparation (still squeezing in as much as possible up until the day!).

I managed to rope in some great friends and ex colleagues to partner with me on this journey / drag me over the obstacles, so we can do it as a full team.

I'm raising money for both British Heart Foundation and St Rocco's Hospice, as one is close to my heart (literally) and the other close to my partner's, and both absolutely great causes.
