This behind the scenes opportunity doesn’t happen often so get your camera ready as fixed-wing and helicopters take off and land!
Spaces are limited and available on first come and first serve basis at £25 per person.
Aberdeen International Airport Spotters Tour Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
• All participants must be at least 10 years old. Proof of age will be required.
• Participants under 16 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
2. Booking and Payment
• All bookings must be made in advance through the official Aberdeen International Airport website or authorised agents.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot on the tour.
3. Temporary Airside Pass
• A temporary airside pass is mandatory for all participants. This pass must be applied for at least 14 days before the tour date.
• Participants must provide valid identification ie passport or drivers licence, a recent headshot image of themselves and fill in a security declaration.
• No party will be given access without a temporary airside pass.
• The airport reserves the right to deny access to any participant who fails to obtain the necessary pass and fails to bring valid ID on the day.
4. Security and Conduct
• All participants must comply with airport security regulations and instructions from airport staff at all times.
• Any form of disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.
• Photography is permitted, but participants must not interfere with airport operations or breach any security protocols.
5. Health and Safety
• Participants must wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the tour.
• The airport is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the tour. Participants take part at their own risk.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
• As this is a charity event we ask you consider making your cancellation a donation. However, cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date will receive a full refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date or for no-shows.
• The airport reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
7. Liability
• Aberdeen International Airport is not liable for any personal property lost or damaged during the tour.
• Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aberdeen International Airport from any claims arising from their participation in the tour.
8. Amendments
• The airport reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes prior to their tour date.
• By booking a Spotters Tour at Aberdeen International Airport, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
