Jogle3peaks

Hello everybody!

To say this challenge has become even more important than what it already was is somewhat of an understatement.

My partner Claire took her life on 7th July this year, having fought a hard fight against suicidal thoughts for several months. She was my hero. I'm not going to make a tribute to her here, but my mind is focused on completing this challenge in memory of her. #thisstopswithclaire

Her Son and his Dad are supporting me for the first few days of this challenge, Stanley will be cycling the first 10miles of each day he's with me. What a strong, caring and incredible young man he is.

I'm doing a thing!

We like a challenge, so we've come up with this - jogle3peaks.

Starting at John o' Groats, I will cycle to Ben Nevis. Hike up & down it. Then cycle to Scafell Pike, hike up & down it. Cycle to Yr Wydffa (Snowdon) hike up & down it and then cycle to Lands End.

Aiming to do this in 10 days or less.......... Fun, huh? 😝

The dates are set for 21st August until the 31st.

Why? A very loved family member is fully in amongst her cancer journey and I would like to raise funds for a charity of her choice, namely Maggies Centres. I hope to raise as much for them as possible.

I am also raising for 'Who Dares Cares'. They support Armed Forces and Blue Light Services.

And finally, the Royal Navy Royal Marines Charity, I have lent on this charity before and massively appreciate the help I have received from them personally.

The money raised will be split between these 3 charities.

Now, obviously we can't do this without support.
If you'd like to take on any of the route with us, or support us in anyway, we'd be very very grateful.
Give me a shout if you fancy taking part, supporting or advice on how we can make this event massive!
