This year I have set myself the goal of climbing the height of Everest (8848m). My climbs can be indoors or outdoors, but must be roped climbs with a technical grade of 3 or above (for sport climbing where you clip into fixed bolts), or Diff and above (for trad climbing where you have to carry your own protection with you). I won't be counting walking up and down the stairs!

To consistently achieve my target each week will be a real push for me, but I'm looking forward to the challenge!
