Covering Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by air and road, thanks to your continued support.

We ask for donations to fund our work tackling social isolation, nurturing children’s literacy, supporting vulnerable people and promoting wellbeing across Suffolk. ‍We’re the charity that runs the library service on behalf of Suffolk County Council.

We can help during weather events and times of flooding with sandbagging, passenger and/or load carrying duties, and our trained members will, when tasked by County Council Emergency Planning Units, attempt to get to you either in conjunction with, or when the emergency services are not able to, transporting you to a safe location.
