Des Lally & Barry Jones from Brecon are walking from Conwy Castle to Cardiff Castle via Yr Wyddfa, Cadair Idris & Pen y Fan to Raise Funds & Awareness for Cancer Research UK, SSAFA, St David's Hospice Care & Brecon Corinthians AFC. We will be covering over 340KM and over 15000 Feet in elevation on the Mountains, Trails & Roads. Please help if you can as together we will all make a difference. Thank you.
