Solo Strides from South to North Wales (Offa's Dyke)

This summer, I'm raising money for Mind and Cancer Research UK by walking the Offa's Dyke National Trail (177 miles) from South Wales to North Wales, with me, myself and I.

I'll be hiking, camping and embracing the wonders of the natural world, with just my mind for company. For some, that might sound like a nightmare, but for me, it's the dream. When my mental health slips, walking is my solace. I want to use this love to give back in some way, whilst embracing a challenge for my body and mind. And so... Offa's Dyke here I come.

I'll be fundraising for two charities:

Mind is for me. When my mental health slips, Mind have provided advice and support to help me through the darker times.

Cancer Research UK is for all the women in my life that have been diagnosed and treated for breast cancer since Christmas. Their strength has been inspirational.
