Myself and a few friends are going to walk the 3 peaks in 24 hours in June to raise money for Motor Neurone Disease Association and Mountain Rescue England and Wales.
Motor Neurone Disease is a cause close to my heart after losing my grandad to it in 2016.
We are also supporting Mountain rescue as it is life saving resource run by volunteers and donations
