Reallymoving is supporting two charities in 2022; Macmillan Cancer Support and Mind.

There are around 3 million people living with cancer in the UK today and millions of people with cancer need physical, financial and emotional support that Macmillan Cancer Support provide.

Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem and Mind believes no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. They will listen, give you support and advice, and fight your corner.

This is why we are supporting these two worthwhile causes.

So, we will be doing a sponsored walk on Tuesday 27th September 2022, hoping to collectively walk over 150 miles by individually walking either 7 or 14 miles, stepping out of the office and for most of us, our comfort zones too!

So please give generously as these charities cannot run without our donations. All monies raised will be split equally between these two causes.
