Helen's Iron Challenge

I am completing a long distance triathlon in Lincolnshire.
That is
2.4mile Open water swim
112 mile bike
26.2 mile run
I am aiming to complete in under 17hours!
I am supporting two charities, the Firefighters Charity, due to being a firefighter and the work they do to support us and our families physical and mental health.
I am also supporting SSAFA, through the East Midlands branch, due to being ex-Army and now an RAF Reservist. SSAFA offer lots of different support for serving, veterans and families.
