Cutting it a little short setting up this page but it’s never too late to give to charity!
In just a few days (22nd Aug) Emilie, Heather, Maisarah and I are climbing Mount Skåla - 1848m one of the highest peaks in Norway. A massive hike and a big achievement for all of us to complete. We have decided to do this hike and raise some money for two great charities - Teenage Cancer Trust and Shelter.
We all met in Manchester through a netball team, moving from different parts of the world and wanting to find a new community. Not everyone is lucky to have a support network so we are choosing to donate to Shelter - a charity that supports people facing homelessness - fighting for their right to a safe home.
Teenage Cancer Trust means a lot to one of our group as they provided incredible support to her and was told she may not be able to walk. Not only did she beat cancer she is now hiking up one of the highest peaks in Norway!
Any small donation to support these amazing charities would be greatly appreciated.
Wish us luck🤞🏼
