I'm taking part in the Proserv 600 Miles for Mind charity cycle event on 7 - 12 June 2024, we will be cycling 600 miles in 6 days!

600MFM objectives:

Raise awareness around the importance of discussing mental health and accessing available support
Raise funds for UK mental health charities.
Have fun and build stronger relationships across and within our locations
