Fundraising Event Ticket Terms & Conditions
The Lewis Foundation is a Registered Charity No. 1166405
By purchasing a ticket for a fundraising event organised by The Lewis Foundation, you
agree to the following terms and conditions.
Tickets & Payment
All tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed once
payment has been received.
Tickets are subject to availability.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change.
If you cancel more than 5 calendar days before the event, you will receive a full refund
of your ticket price.
If you cancel 5 calendar days or less before the event, unfortunately we are unable to
provide a refund.
This is because, close to the event, we will have already committed to costs based on
confirmed guest numbers.
If you do not attend the event, no refund will be provided.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Transferring Your Ticket
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please let The
Lewis Foundation know about the name change before the event.
Tickets must not be resold for more than their original purchase price.
If We Cancel or Postpone the Event
If The Lewis Foundation cancels the event, you will be offered a full refund of your ticket
price.
If the event is postponed, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you are
unable to attend the new date, we will provide details of the refund options available.
We cannot reimburse additional costs such as travel, accommodation or childcare.
Changes to the Event
Sometimes we may need to make reasonable changes to the event, including timings,
entertainment, speakers, activities, menus or other arrangements.
Minor changes will not normally entitle ticket holders to a refund.
Behaviour at Our Events
We want everyone attending our events to have an enjoyable and safe experience.
The Lewis Foundation and the venue reserve the right to refuse entry or ask someone to
leave
