My first marathon

9 more sleeps till I run my first marathon!!! 😮😅

I am so excited and have been visualising myself at the end with my biggest supporters having tried my best, but I am also so nervous that the phantom illnesses and injuries are creeping in! I’ve felt terrible last few days stomach pains, cramps, heartburn, sore ankle, bad back, grinding knees but I went out tonight and told my body we are still doing this and got myself PBs in 5 and 10km (praying that doesn’t make me worse!). Couple more runs to go and I’ll be at that start line ready to beat my longest run and populate that marathon stat. ⌚️🏁
