Children in Need Row 2026 — every metre counts

This November, schools, clubs, gyms and workplaces across the UK are rowing for BBC Children in Need — and for the first time, every metre and every pound is being counted together as one national campaign.

Between 2 and 13 November we'll be on the indoor rowers: class relays, lunchtime rows, 24-hour challenges and staff-versus-students showdowns, all adding to the national total on the campaign leaderboard.


Your donation supports two causes at once. 75% goes to BBC Children in Need, helping disadvantaged children and young people across the UK. 25% goes to Love Rowing, the British Rowing Charitable Foundation, which brings rowing to young people from deprived areas and disabled people who'd never otherwise get the chance to try the sport.


Every pound is counted, and the full national total will be announced around Appeal Night on Friday 13 November. Thank you for backing us — now watch the metres climb.
