So we are trying to raise critical funds for three incredible charities that directly impact our local community:
Domestic Abuse Safety Unit North Wales: Providing life-saving support to victims of domestic abuse.
Ronald McDonald House UK: Keeping families close to their sick children in hospital.
North Clwyd Animal Rescue: Sheltering and rehabilitating abandoned pets across the region.

Hey, I'm Kimberley, the founder of Penycae Charity Events. Alongside Alex and our amazing team of volunteers, we regularly host family & pet friendly events at Penycae Scout Hut - Pet event, Charity Summer Fayre, Car boot sales, Children's Halloween Parties to name a few. All on a voluntary basis and in aid of raising money for local charities/causes and putting on free entry or low-cost events for the local community.

This year we've taken on a bigger challenge in memory of a very special lady - our Mum/Sister/Auntie❤️

So we've teamed up with the multi award-winning Marley's Magical Creations to put on a beautiful Old Hollywood Glam theme Charity Fundraising ball, with a sit-down meal, live entertainment & fundraising throughout the night with the likes of a raffle, games & possibly an auction. Then mid-January - weather dependant of course*. We are doing a sponsored 20 mile walk from Bala, North Wales to Llangollen, Denbighshire.
*This may be postponed to February if weather is too bad.

I could write essay after essay about this wonderful woman we call Mum/Sister/Auntie
but will keep it short for you all.
She really was one of a kind with a heart of pure gold! She absolutely adored children & animals.
Would help anyone that needed anything at all, whether you were family or a stranger!
She went through so much in her lifetime that she didn't deserve a moment of, but she NEVER let that ruin her kind, loving, caring and giving heart. She forgave way more than she should have, put her family before herself every time and gave us girls the best life we could have ever wished for! We are so very lucky to have had her in our lives. She regularly and generously supported Penycae Charity Events & was Marley's Magical Creations number one fan!
But most importantly, she was an absolute beautiful human being through & through!
So we all thought what better way than to celebrate the life of such an amazing woman than to raise money for 3 amazing charities in her memory!
We hope you can help us reach our goal of £3,000 or more.
