No young person should ever feel alone.

Following the success of our launch in Jan 2024, for a second year in a row, six of the UK’s leading mental health charities are uniting to support young people’s mental health and to help parents and teachers care for the young people in their lives.

By donating, the funds will equally go to the six charities that are collaborating here for the first time ever, you can make a real difference to young lives up and down the country.

Every amount raised makes a HUGE difference:

£7 helps a vulnerable child access support
£27 funds a drop-in session with a counsellor
£54 funds a counselling session for a child struggling with trauma
£252 funds 4 specialised parent and child coaching sessions
£500 allows 31 children to speak to a counsellor in a lunchtime session
£1,080 funds a round of one to-one counselling for 2 vulnerable children

6 of the UKs leading mental health charities:

Shout is the UK's first and only free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging service for anyone who is struggling to cope. As a digital service, Shout became vital during Covid-19, as one of the few mental health services able to operate as normal at this time. We have seen the need for our support remain high through the UK's cost of living crisis.
