I'm running the London marathon!

Though this is a personal challenge for me, if I can use this event to encourage just a few people to give what they can afford to organisations supporting people in crisis, and if I can extract a small amount of motivation that my efforts helped to achieve that, then it will have been worth it.

The Trussell Trust provide emergency food and support to people locked in poverty.

The Refugee Council supports and empowers people fleeing conflict, violence and persecution.

Donations will be split 50/50 between the two organisations.
