15000ft skydive for West Sussex Mind and home start Arun, Worthing & Adur

On Sunday 26th July I’m stepping far outside my comfort zone and taking on a 15,000ft skydive to raise money for Home-Start Arun, Worthing & Adur and West Sussex Mind, two incredible charities that helped me through one of the most difficult periods of my life when I experienced postnatal depression and anxiety after having my little boy Sebastian in August 2024. 

The support, understanding and guidance I have received has a huge difference to my parenting journey so far, and I’ll always be grateful for the help I have received when I needed it most.


This skydive is my way of giving something back and helping to ensure that others can access the same life-changing support
