The Prize

A seven-night stay over Easter 2027 (or a date to be agreed with the owners) for up to 12 guests at Clay Point; an exceptional private residence, considered to be one of the finest houses in Cornwall, in the charming waterside village of Flushing. 

Positioned directly on the water's edge, Clay Point enjoys uninterrupted views across the Fal Estuary and the Carrick Roads to St Mawes castle.
Wake to sunrises over the estuary. Gather family and friends for a walk along the coast, a game of croquet, table tennis or snooker, kayak or paddle board adventures.
