Celebrating 80 Years of The Brathay Trust – Help Us Make a Lasting Impact

For 80 years, The Brathay Trust has been transforming lives. Over the past six years, Brathay have played a vital role in SP ENW’s apprenticeship programme. Supporting, challenging, and inspiring our apprentices to grow in confidence and succeed in their careers. Many of you have seen firsthand just how powerful their work is.

Brathay’s impact reaches far beyond our organisation.

Every year, they give disadvantaged young people, children with disabilities, and those facing significant barriers the chance to build confidence, develop life skills, and believe in their potential. Through their bursary fund, they ensure that no young person misses out simply because of their circumstances.

This is life-changing work, and it can only continue with support.

To celebrate their 80th anniversary and show our appreciation we are taking on the Windermere Two-Way Challenge.

It is a tough challenge! Rowing the equivalent of the English Channel in teams of six, using Brathay’s traditional Whaler boats.
