East of England - iRock Amplified for Together for Short Lives

Together for Short Lives is a leading UK-wide charity for children living with serious illness, their families and the services that provide them with palliative care.

iRock School of Music provides weekly 30-minute long rock and pop band lessons to schools, with the focus of boosting confidence, encouraging teamwork and giving children the chance to perform skills they've learned for their teachers, guardians and peers.

For iRock Amplified, we are coming together in aid of Together for Short Lives to make a positive impact and to spread awareness of families going through challenging times.

In the East of England team, we are supporting Together for Short Lives by hosting a busking marathon at Colchester Castle Park on July 29th. With solo performers, duos and bands taking turns to play, the team will fill the park with live music while collecting donations. Join the fun and see our iRock East team in action!
