Firstly, thank you for taking the time out to read my story.

I'm on a mission to honour the memory of my grandparents who bravely battled Alzheimer's and Heart conditions until the end of their lives.

To make a difference, I'm taking on the Ironman Wales 2024 event and multiple events leading up to it. 🏊🚴🏃

By pushing my limits and raising funds, I hope to support the Alzheimer Society & British Heart Foundation to help fund their important work in research, support services, and raising awareness. Every stroke, pedal, and step will be a tribute to my grandparents and a step towards a world without these horrendous diseases.
