Run Talk Run powered by Sport in Mind

Run Talk Run and Walk Talk Walk (both powered by Sport in Mind) create safe spaces for people to run, to walk, to talk and to listen to one another.

There is a magic to being together in a safe and supportive community and its amplified by moving together outside. We meet people where they are and support them to improve their mental health.

Groups are lead by amazing volunteer leaders and are free to attend. We host over 80 sessions every week across the UK and that number is always growing. We want to do more and we want to help more people.

We want to remain free to attend, we are about removing barriers to movement and community, but we are not free to deliver. Training, insurance, systems etc all have a cost associated. If you are able to support this wonderful community we would really appreciate it.

Every £100 donated helps us to onboard and train one incredible new leader to create a RTR/WTW session in their local community. That means up to 20 adults getting to meet up and feel a little better every single week.

That means £10 donated equates to supporting 2 people's mental health every single week. Just think of the positive ripple effect of that within each family, each work place, each friendship group.

Sport in Mind deliver sports, physical activity and movement sessions to adults and young people throughout the UK and have supported 60,000 people to improve their mental health through community, support and movement.

Sessions cover everything from football and tennis, to yoga, badminton, horse riding and there is even an allotment where people meet to work outside, to talk, to listen, to look after each other. Every donation helps us to continue to support mental health through movement.
