In 2020, Winvic established our Sustainability Strategy around four key pillars: People, Innovation, Planet and Community. Winvic's People pillar focuses on ensuring our business is a happy, safe, healthy and inclusive place to work.To celebrate both National Fitness Day 2026 and Winvic’s 25th year in business, our People Pillar is hosting a 5-a-side football tournament, bringing together our clients, supply chain and colleagues for a competitive, charity sporting event in support of a vital local cause. This event will see teams go head-to-head in a series of short, high-energy matches designed to encourage teamwork, connection and friendly competition, all while raising £25,000 for Restore Northampton, a charity dedicated to reducing poverty, strengthening families and building community resilience across Northamptonshire.More than a fitness challenge, it is a chance to come together, promote wellbeing, and raise vital funds for causes that make a real difference.
