In 2020, Winvic established our Sustainability Strategy around four key pillars: People, Innovation, Planet and Community. Winvic's People pillar focuses on ensuring our business is a happy, safe, healthy and inclusive place to work.To celebrate both National Fitness Day 2026 and Winvic’s 25th year in business, our People pillar has set our biggest challenge yet, bringing colleagues, clients and our supply chain together to take on a 25-hour continuous fitness challenge. On the 17th – 18th September 2026, we’re keeping five cardio machines running non-stop to raise a total of £100,000 split between four outstanding charities.• Marie Curie - Providing expert care and compassionate support to people living with a terminal illness, helping families make the most of the time they have together.• Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital Charity - Helping create brighter futures for seriously ill children by funding life-saving equipment, family support services, and enhanced hospital facilities across Wales.• Be More Fab - Supporting children, families and schools affected by childhood cancer through education, emotional support and awareness programmes, ensuring no child faces their journey alone.• Dementia UK - Ensuring families facing dementia are never alone by providing specialist support and guidance through its dedicated Admiral Nurses.More than a fitness challenge, it is a chance to come together, promote wellbeing, and raise vital funds for causes that make a real difference.
