The Long Walk from U2Kew

Our team are embarking on a half marathon sponsored canal walk from Uxbridge to Kew Bridge in aid of 3 charities close to our team members hearts.

Please see below the 3 charities we have chosen and what our fundraising will support.. please give BIG!!

Acorns Children's Hospice: Acorns is here to support families at every stage of their child’s life and beyond. With your help, they can be there when families need them most, providing vital care and making a difference to young lives.

Haematology Cancer Care (HCC) has a strong community of patients, families and staff who are committed to supporting haematological cancers through fundraising activities and events. Uniquely, they are run by senior clinical staff working closely with all haematology teams and haematology patients, ensuring donations make a significant impact on the services at University College London Hospital.

Prostate Cancer UK: Prostate Cancer is the most common cancer in men. 1 in 8 men will get it, and if you’re over 50, Black or your dad or brother had it, you’re at a higher risk. That’s thousands of dads, grandads, partners and friends diagnosed every year.
But the charity can’t take it on alone. They need more of us to stand together to make a world where no man dies of prostate cancer.
