I have personally chosen this charity with great reasoning, firstly at a young age I was steeped with depression and needing to take time out of school due to bullying from as young as I can remember, This very sever when I became close to being part of the ones who don't make it. One of the biggest killers in men in the UK sadly taking one man every 2 seconds, but.. Thankfully I was able to seek help from professionals and have a supportive family. I came out the other side, now running the length of the country 834 miles on October 1st to show men and women no matter what you are going through theres always light at the end of the tunnel and the cloud will always pass.
The money raised for AMC helps them to grow as a charity helping more men up and down the uk, any donation is appreciated and goes a long way.
