Welcome to our fundraising gig in aid of KEMP to be held on Friday 20th November. Songs for Support 2026.

Firstly, a special thanks to Wayne Barber, who has not only created a wonderful venue at The Church but is also allowing us to hold our charity event there. On behalf of everyone who knows him, I wish him all the very best for the future at The Church. 🫡

The Bands

YOU2 – U2 Tribute
With two very successful fundraising concerts behind us, we are here for a third time. Like before, the night will be headlined by YOU2, a U2 tribute band celebrating our 22nd year. Featuring the mighty vocals of Paul McGahan as Bono, we endeavour to take you on a musical trip across the decades of U2’s music.  

Maine Street
Maine Street also feature well-known local singer Billy Davies. The rest of the band is made up of well-seasoned local musicians. They will take to the stage with songs from legends like Chuck Berry to Prince .

The Rubix
The Rubix are an up-and-coming local band who thrive across several genres of music. The band is made up of local musicians who simply love to have fun and entertain. Songs from the likes of Duran Duran, Spandau Ballet, Lady Gaga, and The Cranberries will surely keep you entertained.

Why KEMP, you ask?

The reasons are very simple. Cancer touches our lives every day, whether through TV ads, someone we know personally, or maybe even ourselves. It’s there—period. KEMP is there too, supporting people who need care, guidance, or simply someone to listen. They also need our help to remain open and continue serving the public in the wonderful way they do. It really is that simple.

As musicians, myself and my fellow performers are giving up our time to play for free in order to raise money for this great cause. Now it’s up to you—the public—to dig deep and buy a ticket, knowing that 100% of your ticket money will go to KEMP.
