Kitchen for Everyone York Charity Sleepout 2026

York Charity Sleepout is a fundraising challenge that doesn't replicate
what it's like to sleep rough but gives an idea of the situation a lot of people
find themselves in, while also supporting those who face this as a reality. For
one night participants give up the luxury of their bed and swap it for a sleeping bag on the
floor at the LNER York Community Stadium.

As well as being a challenge, it's a great way to give back to York whilst raising money and awareness for the work of brilliant York based charities : York City FC Foundation, Kitchen for Everyone York and HOPING York Street Kitchen.

We are a food charity in York serving delicious, home cooked two-course meals to the homeless and anyone in need of food or company. We operate as a pop up restaurant in the beautiful grounds of King’s Manor, every Sunday 2.30-4pm and provide toiletries, thermal essentials, pet food, support, signposting, community and a non-judgmental welcome to all.
