Gordon & I are taking on the running challenge "Run the Runway" whereby we run the runway at Aberdeen Airport at midnight on Satrurday 3rd September 2022 for three fantastic local charities- Friends of Anchor (which you know is close to our hearts), Kayleighs Wee Stars which is a local charity based in Oldmeldrum set up in memory of wee Kayleigh and provides financial support for families where a child has a terminal illness. The third charity is "We Too" founded in Summer 2015 in Aberdeen, by a local parent, frustrated with the fragmentation of information in Aberdeen City and Shire when looking for activities for her disabled son. The idea was to produce a free, quarterly “What’s On” Guide for her community.We Too also offers peer support through “We Too! & You”, a monthly children’s club “We Too! Club” and a school holiday programme. We Too! also delivers bespoke ASN/Customer Service Training to organisations as well as 6 week parent/carer and sibling courses. We would love it if you would like to donate and help us raise £200 for these special charities.
