Team Civica - Public Sector Challenge: ULTRA Challenge 2026

This is the toughest of the Public Sector Challenge series is designed to bring public and private‑sector colleagues together to test endurance, teamwork and generosity as we raise funds for causes that strengthen our communities.

5 National High Points in just 48 hours!

Ben Nevis → Scafell Pike → Snowdon → Carrauntoohil → Slieve Donard

This will be a self‑organised, small‑team, charity adventure with no guides, just teamwork, passion and purpose.

At Civica, we’re all about making a real difference for communities—and the 5 Peaks Ultra Challenge is a perfect fit. It’s not just about climbing mountains; it’s about teaming up with colleagues from across the public sector, pushing ourselves, and raising money for causes that matter, like School of Hard Knocks (a Civica Charity Partner) and Children in Need.

This challenge is tough, but that’s what makes it special. It’s a chance to show what teamwork, resilience, and a bit of grit can achieve—values we live by every day. We love that it’s self-organised, relies on small teams, and encourages public-private collaboration. It’s not just a physical test; it’s about spirit, generosity, and supporting wellbeing in our communities.

By taking part, we’re not only supporting great charities—we’re building stronger connections, learning from each other, and showing what Civica stands for: passion, purpose, and making a positive impact, together.
