Quilt for Francis - Prize Draw

On 26 March 2026, my eldest brother, Francis would have turned 68. Sadly, a combination of Parkinson's disease and throat cancer took him from us on 8 December 2024.

We wanted to do something to raise funds for the two charities who supported him so well during his lifetime, Parkinson's UK and MacMillan Cancer Support.

We came up with the idea of making a quilt in colours which we know Francis would have liked. It has been a labour of love involving hundreds of pieces of material. We think and hope we have created something special. It is the right size for either a king size or super king size bed and measures approximately 2.4m long and 2.2m wide.

For every £10 donated, each donor will get 1 entry into a prize draw to win this quilt. So, if for example you donate £50, you will get 5 entries. Of course if you would rather just donate we won't take offence (!) - just let us know in your comments.
