One Run, Three Causes: Miles of Change

As I'm a visually impaired runner, Dave is my guide runner. Every step we take is built on trust, teamwork, and determination. Together, we’re taking on this challenge while carrying personal experiences that have deeply shaped us. I've had to face my own battles with cancer, and we've both been affected by watching friends and loved ones fight this terrible disease and sadly also having to say goodbye to some of them. Additionally, having faced mental health struggles ourselves, it has demonstrated to us just how important support can be in the toughest times.

We are also supporting Sutton Mencap., a local charity, working to improve the lives of people with a learning disability and their carers in the London Borough of Sutton. It's close to Dave's heart as his son has severe learning difficulties and the services Sutton Mencap provide have proved to be invaluable. We’ve seen firsthand the difference the right support can make, which is why we’re proud to be raising funds for causes that mean so much to us.

We are supporting Cancer Research, Mind and Sutton Mencap, three charities that help people facing cancer, mental health challenges, and learning difficulties.
