Emma’s Swansea Half Marathon for RSG and QB
14050
This June, I’ll be taking on my biggest personal challenge yet: running a half marathon.
I’ve never been a runner. In fact, this is completely out of my comfort zone—but that’s exactly why it matters so much to me. Every step I take in training is a reminder that growth doesn’t come easy, and sometimes the hardest challenges are the most meaningful.
I’m doing this not just for myself, but to raise awareness and a little bit of money for two incredible charities close to my heart: Quest Busters and Ready Steady Go. Both organisations provide vital support, activities, and opportunities for children with autism—including my son, Harry, who is a proud member of both.
These groups have made such a positive difference in Harry’s life, giving him a space to feel included, supported, and celebrated for who he is. That’s why this challenge means so much more than just crossing a finish line.
Every mile I run is for Harry—and for families like ours.
If you’re able to support, share, or cheer me on along the way, it would mean the world. 💙
